This Face time or In Person in Los Angeles appointment is the key to the development of your Personal Nutritional Program. Interviews are scheduled monthly for the first three months, follow ups as needed.
Every meeting is followed with emails that encapsulates the information gathered and the next steps to address that information. Reminders are sent through text or emails to keep you on track.
During the 4 weeks between interviews text and meal suggestions and nutritional information is sent via texts and emails.
This will keep you on-track and advance your program between weigh-ins for maximum engagement in your healthy diet and new approach to good health.
