Personalized Nutrition Program

In developing your Personalized Nutrition Program your Certified Nutritional Advisor and Coach, Elaine b Good, will guide you to understand your body's unique need for nutrition to accomplish your personal healthy diet. In addition to your goals you will achieve ultimate strength, stamina and mental focus from the food you eat for your lifestyle and wellness. 

  • The initial interview establishes your current eating habits and state of health. This is the beginning of formulating your personal healthy diet.
  • A digital scale will  track your body's reaction to food and liquid intake, your Nutrition Coach will show you how to understand these readings.
  • Your eating habits will be evaluated and tweaked to adjust for your nutrition needs, while focusing on the foods that you love.
  • Coaching is done through text messages, phone conversations and emails. You will be kept on track to understand what your gut and brain need in keeping with your demanding lifestyle.
  • Recipes are emailed as needed and cooking lessons are available through Zoom.
  • In three months or less, you will have established a new pattern of eating that is YOUR healthy diet. 
  • You will know how to eat to maintain your energy and well-being for a lifetime. 
  • Follow-ups are available at your request.

The initial consultation to plan your personal nutritional program will take 60-120 minutes. Once your lifestyle energy demands and time available for preparing and eating food is determined, daily contact through text, phone or emails will establish areas of focus.

This program is designed to suggest what time of day to eat which nutrient rich foods to accommodate your lifestyle.

When you eat and what you eat are the key to your general well being.

  • Your brain and your gut have two different circadian rhythms, we are going to track them both.
  • Our journey begins with you understanding what your cravings mean and how to satisfy those cravings.

Keep eating your favorite foods

You will continue to eat your favorite foods, you will continue to eat at your favorite restaurants.

  • Know what to order at your favorite restaurants to satisfy your body's need for nutrition.
  • By adjusting when you eat certain foods, you will be able to change your eating habits without feeling denied of the foods that you love.
  • This is not a temporary 'diet' program, these changes will have a most positive impact on your health, in a way that is convenient and easy to accomplish.

Nutritional information, as it pertains to your health needs, will be sent via email or text, both for you and from you, to help you fully understand your body's needs to accomplish it's maximum strength, stamina and mental focus.

This Face time or In Person in Los Angeles appointment is the key to  the development of your Personal Nutritional Program. Interviews are scheduled monthly for the first three months, follow ups as needed.

Follow up Emails and Text

Every meeting is followed with emails that encapsulates the information gathered and the next steps to address that information. Reminders are sent through text or emails to keep you on track.

Texts and Suggestions

During the 4 weeks between interviews text and meal suggestions and nutritional information is sent via texts and emails.


This will keep you on-track and advance your program between weigh-ins for maximum engagement in your healthy diet and new approach to good health.


Questions

Questions will be answered ASAP through phone calls, text or emails. That includes questions from Elaine Good to you and yours to Elaine, your personalized nutrition program coach will guide you to your personal healthy diet.
