Personalized Nutrition Program

In developing your Personalized Nutrition Program your Certified Nutrition Coach, Elaine b Good, will guide you to understand your body's unique need for nutrition to accomplish your personal healthy diet.Your health coach will guide you into developing healthy eating habits to achieve ultimate strength, stamina and mental focus from the food you eat for your lifestyle and wellness. 

  • The initial interview establishes your current eating habits and state of health. This is the beginning of formulating your personal healthy diet.
  • A digital scale will  track your body's reaction to food and liquid intake, your Nutrition Coach will show you how to understand these readings.
  • Your eating habits will be evaluated and tweaked to adjust for your healthy diet, while focusing on the foods that you love.
  • Eating is a habit. Your nutrition coach will guide you with text messages, phone conversations and emails. You will be kept on track to understand what your gut and brain need in keeping with your demanding lifestyle.
  • Recipes are emailed as needed and cooking lessons are available through face-time or Zoom.
  • In three months or less, you will have established a new pattern of eating that is YOUR healthy diet. 
  • You will know how to eat to maintain your energy and well-being for a lifetime. 
  • Follow-ups are available at your request.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation with your personal nutrition coach will take 60-120 minutes. Once your lifestyle energy demands and time available for preparing and eating food is determined, daily contact through text, phone or emails will establish areas of focus. This will be the foundation of your healthy diet.

What is good2eat4U and only U?

$500. monthly

This program is designed to suggest what time of day to eat which nutrient rich foods to accommodate your good health and lifestyle. 

The goal is your well being

When you eat and what you eat are the key to your general well being.

  • Your brain and your gut have two different circadian rhythms, we are going to track them both. Not only will you have more energy when you need it the most but you will have more restful sleep. 
  • Our journey begins with you understanding what your cravings mean and how to satisfy those cravings.
  • Based on the Mediterranean Diet you will learn to  balance your meals with nutritious fresh produce and proteins. 

Keep eating your favorite foods

You will continue to eat your favorite foods, you will continue to eat at your favorite restaurants.

  • Know what to order at your favorite restaurants to satisfy your body's need for nutrition.
  • By adjusting when you eat certain foods, you will be able to change your eating habits without feeling denied of the foods that you love.

This appointment is the key to  the development of your Concierge Nutrition Program. Interviews are scheduled daily/weekly/monthly for the first three months, as needed.

Unlimited Follow-up

Every meeting is followed with emails that encapsulates the information gathered and the next steps to address that information. Reminders are sent through text or emails to keep you on track.

Engagement

During the program you will kept on-track through engagement with your coach.  This will include back and forth daily/weekly text messages, weigh-ins, recipes, nutritional information and face time phone calls around your convenience.
