4 ounces raw cashews
4 ounces macadamia nut pieces
4 ounces coconut oil
1/10 teaspoon stevia
4 ounces coarsly chopped cashews, to roll truffles in
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon orange flavoring
1 tablespoon orange zest, can use blood orange
4 ounces soy flour
4 ounces flax meal

• Mixing bowl

Sugar-Free Recipes
• In a food processor pulse cashews and macadamia nuts until like course sand.
• Add coconut butter and stevia and pulse 5 times.
• Add the soy flour and flax meal and run the food processor until it's a paste.
• Chill for a minimum of 2 hours, until it's firm.
• Roll into balls the size of ping pong balls, weighing 2 oz you should get 12.
• Place the balls onto a cookie sheet and freeze.
• Can substitute safflower for almond butter.
• Instead of vanilla extract you can also use almond flavoring or blood orange or orange flavoring.
• Add zest to reciep with blood orange, orange or lemon.
