      Beginning with a diary of what you've been eating, pointing out patterns that need change and then followed up with refrigerator and pantry lists with Nutritional Advisor Elaine Good, the program incorporates the basics of menu planning with economical and healthy grocery shopping. Recipes and video cooking demonstrations with an emphasis on meal choices are the highlights of the Program.

      The initial nutrition and lifestyle consultation is a discussion of current eating patterns and lifestyle habits, health goals, lifestyle time constraints and taste preferences. When you register for the good2eat4U, Personal Nutrition Program you will be sent a basic questionnaire and diet diary for you to complete before the first consultation. 

      Consultations can be done on-line and by phone or video chat. If choosing the popular option of combining a nutritional consultation, cooking lessons and support, and will be conducted on-line through Face Time (available on iPhone, iPad, Apple lap tops) Skype or You Tube.

      The good2eat4U Program is available in several packages: the basic packages do not include cooking lessons although recipes and lists to help accomplish your goals are available; monthly; 3 month; or 6 month packages, which are priced with discounts for your #commit2U program accordingly.
