    •Nutrition and lifestyle consultation
    •Dry goods and refrigerator session
    •Menu planning consultations
    •1 farmer’s market and 1 local grocery store tours, •1 private cooking class
    •E-cookbook: The Basics and Classics.
  • Monthly Followup:
    Stay on track, continue to evaluate focal points.

The good2eat4U Personal Nutrition Program is a highly successful approach to educate you to understand the true nature of your body. This is the nutritional information that medical doctors and practitioners don't know because they get less than 10 hours of nutritional information in their education.

There is a PRIME Personal Nutrition Program for those that would prefer to have organizing healthy food into your kitchen incorporated into your program: what equipment you might need; what dry good; refrigerator items; how to select and order or buy fresh produce and proteins. Our Los Angeles based monthly weigh-ins are done on equipment that will show you what percent of your body weight is bone, water, fat, muscle, what your BMI is, how many calories a day you're consuming to maintain that weight. This guideline helps target dietary changes specifically for your well being.

This is without gimmicks, this is the education you need to relate to food and times you need to each which food to develop positive patterns and results:

  • Learn what to eat for the energy demands of your life style
  • Learn how to love drinking water and staying hydrated
  • Learn how to have healthy options on hand that are delicious
  • Learn to understand your cravings, know when your body is best served with protein or carbohydrates, to get the energy you need when you need it.
  • Learn how to change your eating habits to get better sleep

  • Learn what to eat before a workout to get a longer and stronger workout and what you should eat within thirty minutes following your workout
  • Learn how to use practical diet and lifestyle modifications as part of reactive disease and chronic condition management as well as a proactive approach to lifetime health and longevity.

Basic Packages

Initial Consultation (approximately 2 hours) $175.00 Includes:

  • Weigh in and measurements to evaluate current condition: % of body weight that is fat; muscle; bone; water; Body Mass Index and the amount of calories that you are currently consuming
  • Intake of questionnaire
  • Evaluation and discussion of current condition
  • Discussion of 3-Day Food Journal (journal sent 1 week in advance of appointment)
  • Suggestions for daily nutritional needs and menu planning
  • Suggestions for lifestyle modifications
  • Opportunity to ask questions regarding nutritional status or special dietary needs (including those interested in transitions to vegetarian / veganism)
  • Emails of directed information and encouragement
  • Links to recipes, lists and blogs as you need them

The body takes about 30 days to show change from dietary and lifestyle adjustment

2 Follow-Up Monthly Consultations: each approximately 1 hour  $100. each

After 3 months, followups at your request $75. each


  • Weigh-in Assessment
  • Updates to data profile of recommended micro-nutrient intakes
  • Update assessments of diet and lifestyle changes
  • Modifications of initial plans where necessary
  • Further suggestions for food choices and lifestyle modifications
  • Opportunity to ask questions regarding nutritional status or special dietary needs

  • Learn all of the benefits of nutritional eating incorporated into your individual meal traditions.
  • Learn the key to food management that is the most beneficial for the cells in your body's immune system and brain

Check-ins after the Three Month Program. Most clients are fully aware of what they need to eat after three months. Clients that like to report how they're following up can do so when ever they feel they need to.
