Nutritional Advisor and Chef Elaine b Good is the cook behind

www.elainegoodfood.com   and this good2eat4U website, which was

built to contain tips to facilitate a healthier food life-style.

Chef Elaine b Good has just completed another in a series

of 'living cookbooks' that are built into this site so that they can

continue to contain her latest culinary creations that she

develop from her culmination of skill sets and experiences

learned along the way as a Personal Chef, Italian Grandmother

the Grand Daughter of Farmers and Certified Nutritionist.

Chef Elaine has been an organic Corporate Chef for Fortune 500 Companies,

including marketing and advertising executives, conducting focus-group studies

on product launches. She is a consultant to address food allergies and sensitivities

as well as dietary lifestyle choices.

Chef Elaine b Good works with a ‘Chef’s Inspiration’ menu.

It begins at local farmer’s market where Chef Good personally

selects organic produce and develops the meal around these

foods while they are in their prime.

Her vegetarian Sicilian grandfather owned a produce store and a farm;

her parents always had a vegetable garden, as soon as she could

walk she was taught how to handle fresh produce.

Chef Elaine then matches wild caught fish and organic proteins

from local sources to these produce finds.

A Certified Food Manager and Nutritionist, and Chef Elaine has cooked at

country clubs, hotels, private parties and for producers of packaged meals.

During this time, Elaine gained experience in large-scale food production

and the compromises the industrialization of food has taken.

Chef Good was born allergic to dairy, she does not eat white flour products

(before anyone heard of the word gluten), and Chef Good does not eat sugar,

and therefore, has been cooking dairy free, gluten free, and sugar fee for

more than 30 years. So, when Chef Good started getting dietary

requests from her clients, she was able to offer delicious alternatives,

and this became her specialty.

Chef Good started slipping her gluten-diary-sugar free meals onto

the table next to more generic food, and those were the dishes that

commanded recipe requests, and got raves without anyone

noticing that they were anything but delicious.

When Chef Good divulged her secret, no one believed her!

She became actor Bradley Coopers Personal Chef. This self-proclaimed

foodie needed to build his physique for movie rolls in a matter of weeks.

His gluten, dairy and sugar free meals, in calorie specific servings 6 times

a day, did the job quickly, and he would insist that he was sent the wrong

food: "This can't be dairy and gluten free lasagna, it's the best I've every had!"

and his mother is Italian.

Chef Elaine b Good now has a library of over 1700 personally developed

and unique recipes, complete with nutritional and caloric breakdowns.

Healthy and gourmet in flavor

This membership site

(no annoying sponsors videos, no selling off your contact information)

offers helpful hints and recipes that are quick and easy to make.

The recipes use old-world ingredients (as opposed to expensive

packaged gluten free alternatives) with a Californian approach to

good health within the modern framework of limited time.

Also,

wanting to service families, on the site are video clips of teens teaching

simple cooking techniques to involve the whole family in meal execution.

Chef Good is naturally drawn to teaching children and has a

strong desire and passion for educating children about food in an effort to help

conquer the childhood obesity crisis.

While dealing with fussy-junk-food-loving grandchildren, she developed

balanced meals that look like cartoons on a plate, that they assemble

themselves. This is the inspiration for her cookbook, ‘Let’s Play With Food’.

Chef Good Uses techniques and flavors that appeal to children, getting them involved in

handling their food and recognizing the color categories of nutrition.

Other Cookbook titles include: 'No Kidding' for college age cooking and

athletes, 'Light Dinners for Hot Nights' romantic meals without a bulging belly.

Food is the first step in being healthy, feeling and looking good. "Come on, let me show you

how easy and delicious real food and a healthier life style can be, you look hungry!"
