Large Mixing Bowl, Small Mixing Bowl, Measuring Cup, Measuring Spoon,

Wooden Spoon, Whisk, Spatula

Cookie Sheet, Parchment Paper


2 ½ CUPS Almond Flour

½ teaspoon Baking Soda

½ teaspoon Salt

1 CUP Dark Chocolate Chips

½ Cup Honey

½ Cup Grape Seed Oil


Preheat oven to 350ºF, rack in the center.

1.  In a large mixing bowl combine the dry ingredients: flour, Baking Soda, Salt and Chocolate Chips,. Mix with a ballon whisk.

2. Combine the Honey and Grape Seed Oil in a small mixing bowl with the balloon whisk until well blended.

3. Pour the oil mixture into the middle of the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until all of the flour is wet.

4. Pinch and roll into balls and place on a cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper or a sill pat.

5. Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.

6. Let sit on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes and then convert with a spatula onto a cooling rack.

7. Serve warm or filled with ice cream.

Best stored in a paper bag (if they last that long)
